Aryan Khan was given a clean chit in the NCB drug case

After Aryan Khan’s infamous arrest related to the drug case, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has finally submitted its charge sheet. The charge sheet charges 14 individuals, and does not include Aryan Khan. Due to a lack of evidence, he has been given a clean chit.

The press note released by the agency reads, “All the accused persons were found in possession of narcotics except Aryan (Khan) and Mohak (Jaiswal).” It was mentioned in the note that the SIT carried out its investigation in an “objective manner” and that “the principle of proof beyond reasonable doubt has been applied.”

The official note read, “Based on the investigation carried out by the SIT, a complaint against 14 persons under various sections of the NDPS act is being filed. A complaint against the 6 other persons is not being filed due to a lack of sufficient evidence.

The case began when NCB raided the Goa-bound Cordelia cruise on October 2, 2021 and allegedly seized drugs. Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested and later given bail after one month. They were released in November 2021 on a personal bond of Rs. 1 lakh each. They also had to mark their attendance at the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday and help with the investigations.

The good news comes on the same day as Aryan Khan’s little brother Abram celebrates his birthday today.
