Brahmastra is one of the most anticipated films this year. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film has Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in the cast. After releasing several exciting teasers, the makers have now released thr first look of Nagarjuna’s character.
On Saturday, Ayan Mukerji shared Nagarjuna’s first look from Brahmastra in a post revealing details about his character. Dropping a dramatic poster, Mukerji wrote, “ARTIST ANISH & HIS NANDI ASTRA. When I grow up (finally), I would want to be like Nagarjuna Garu (Nag Sir, to me) – A gentleman with the warmest of hearts!! He entered the world of BrahmÄÂÂÂ�stra and gave his fierce intensity to our movie; touched our entire crew with his kindness and generosity; and greatly added to our dream – of creating a truly pan-India movie experience with BrahmÄÂÂÂ�stra! His Nandi Astra, in my opinion, is one of the highlights of our movie! Some of that, in our Trailer on June 15th!!”

Earlier, the makers had also unveiled a character poster of Amitabh Bachchan. So far, we’ve seen teasers spotlighting the main characters and a song from the upcoming film. And it looks like we’ll see more leading up to the film’s release.
The film’s synopsis reads – BRAHMASTRA – the Trilogy, is a 3-part film franchise and the beginning of India’s first original universe – the Astraverse. It is a new original cinematic universe inspired by deeply rooted concepts and tales in Indian mythology but set in the modern world, with epic storytelling of fantasy, adventure, good vs evil, love and hope; all told using cutting-edge technology and never-seen-before visual spectacles.
Bhrahmastra arrives on September 9 this year in theatres.
