Govinda Naam Mera starring Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar released today. The Shashank Khaitan directorial is a comedy thriller that promises dance, romance and a murder mystery. But what viewers didn’t expect was a surprise cameo featuring Ranbir Kapoor.
This is not a drill! Ranbir Kapoor has a special appearance in Govinda Naam Mera. The actor appears in the film’s track Bijli. The dance sequence sees Kiara and Vicky’s characters working as background dancers. In another scene, they can be seen talking to Ranbir. Netizens were quick to share the clip and heap praises for Ranbir’s small but entertaining cameo.

Ranbir Kapoor who was last seen in Brahmastra has a busy slate for the upcoming year. He is set to appear in Luv Ranjan’s next which also stars Shraddha Kapoor. The film’s title Tu Jhoothi Mein Makkaar was announced recently. He is also attached to star in Animal alongside Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and more.
