Guests have shared photos of the glowing couple affectionately kissing each other after saying ‘I Do’, and holding hands as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife for the first time.

In footage captured by Glinellis’ friends minutes earlier, Glinellis can be seen greeting and embracing her tearful father, who later walked her down the aisle to the Sydney roosters fullback.

Following the ceremony, the couple and their guests dined and danced in a marquee, with a saxophone player entertaining the party during cocktail hour and as the newlyweds entered their reception.

Other snippets from the grand affair show the couple on the shoulders of their guests as everyone flooded the dancefloor, holding hands in the air as they danced.

Glinellis wore a gown with an intricately-detailed lace bodice and long train, while Tedesco wore a dark suit and white shirt.

Tedesco’s teammate Mitchell Moses was his best man, with Moses’ partner Bri Gardoni attending the festivities alongside their baby daughter.

Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles players Tom Trbojevic and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves also were in attendance.

Tedesco and Glinellis announced their engagement in November 2021, sharing the news with a photo of Glinellis holding her ring up, smiling, alongside the caption: “You make me the happiest girl now and forever. Thank you everyone for the beautiful messages.”

At the time, they had reportedly been dating for over a year.

The couple’s wedding venue of choice has made headlines recently, after social media users noticed a since-deleted photo from another couple’s wedding was taken in front of an artwork depicting what appeared to be a massacre of First Nations people, though the venue later clarified it was of the Portuguese colonisation of Brazil.

”We are deeply sorry that we have caused any offence in relation to paintings on display at Redleaf. We never intended to upset anybody and we have now removed the paintings,” Redleaf Wollombi said in a statement obtained by multiple outlets, which in full included an explanation as to the history of the artwork and its message as to European colonisation.

“We unreservedly apologise for any distress these images may have caused. All images of the painting have been removed from Instagram and we have now taken Views of Brazil away so it is no longer on display,” the statement continued.

“We respectfully ask that any comments towards clients (brides, grooms) and other suppliers (including photographers) stop immediately. Any inference that they have somehow deliberately been racist is simply not true.”
