Alia Bhatt’s production company has purchased an apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West neighbourhood of Pali Hill. Alia also purchased two homes and gifted them to her sister Shaheen Bhatt as per multiple reports.
A leading news portal reported that Alia paid Rs 37.8 crore for the new flat.
The 2,497 square-foot flat is right across the street from the new Kapoor bungalow that is now under development in Bandra West’s upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood. Following construction, Alia and Ranbir Kapoor will probably move into the family bungalow.
Currently, Alia and Ranbir reside in Pali Hill’s Vastu apartment building. Their private wedding took place there last year. In 2022, Alia and Ranbir also welcomed their daughter Raha. Since then, Alia has been filming her romantic comedy Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, while Ranbir was last seen in the romantic comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
