Elsa Pataky has proven once again that she and her husband, Chris Hemsworth, are ultimate relationship goals.
To celebrate the Aussie actor’s 40th birthday, Pataky took to Instagram with a funny message for her husband.
“That’s exactly the face I made when I turned 40 my love,” the 47-year-old quipped in the caption of a photo showing Hemsworth covering his mouth in shock.

“But don’t worry, it’s gonna be OK!” she continued. “I’ll be here for you [to] hold your hand.”

Hemsworth shared a post too, thanking everyone for the birthday wishes, paired with a photo of him sitting in front of two cakes. It looks like one of them was homemade by his kids.
“Thank you for all the birthday wishes!” he captioned the snap. “Another lap around sun and still goin’ strong! I can safely say not a single piece of cake made it through the night.”
Pataky and Hemsworth have been married since 2010, and have three kids: daughter India, 11, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, 9.

Just three weeks ago, the couple were celebrating Pataky’s birthday. “Happy birthday to my partner in crime, love you always, here’s to many more,” Chris captioned a carousel of videos and photos of the celebration.
Recently, Hemsworth has spoken about the importance of spending time with his family.
After finishing filming his National Geographic docuseries, Limitless With Chris Hemsworth, in November 2022, the actor took a seven-month break from acting to be with his family.
“All of these beautiful moments were rapidly flying past me,” the Star Trek actor admitted. “It made me just kind of want to wrap that show and get back and see my family,” he said. “And I did.”
The family has lived in Byron Bay since 2015 where Hemsworth revealed he has been recently “enjoying downtime” surfing and hanging out with his kids.
