Taking to the stage at O2 Shepherds Arena on May 17, Malik is set to perform to an intimate crowd of around 2000 people who will be able to gain access to tickets after pre-ordering his new album.

His last live performance was back in 2016 when he performed a short set at Wango Tango festival in California following his exit from One Direction and the release of his first solo album Mind Of Mine.

Later that year he was on the lineup to headline Capital’s Summertime Ball, however just minutes before he was set to take to the stage the crowd was notified that the Pillowtalk singer had cancelled his highly anticipated set.

In a now deleted Instagram post, Pedestrian TV reports that Malik issued a statement explaining that his decision to cancel was due to the “worst anxiety” of his career.
