Edwin Arroyave is supporting his estranged wife Teddi Mellencamp as the star undergoes emergency surgery.
On Thursday, the TV Star and daughter of music icon John Mellencamp announced she was in hospital and undergoing surgery after doctors found multiple tumours on her brain.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared several videos from her hospital room – and her ex was among those by her side.

The pair share three children together and were married for 13 years before Mellencamp filed for divorce in November 2024.

Posting a photo by her bed, Arroyave shared a Bible verse: “Jeremiah 17:14: Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise”.
He continued the post with a prayer for his ex.
“Lord, I lift up @teddimellencamp to You. You are the Great Healer, and I ask for Your healing touch upon her body,” he wrote.

“Restore her strength, renew her spirit, and let her feel Your comforting presence. Grant her peace, hope, and full recovery.”
In since-expired Instagram Story videos, their three children were seen at the hospital with them.

The estranged couple share daughters Slate, 12, and Dove, four, as well as son Cruz, 10.
Arroyave also has a daughter Isabella from a previous relationship.
Mellencamp revealed her shocking diagnosis in an Instagram statement.
“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches. Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalision,” she wrote.
The reality TV alum said multiple brain tumours were found after CT and MRI scans.

Mellencamp said doctors believe the tumours have “been growing for at least six months” and two would be removed in surgery that day.
She said the “remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date.”
The star shared several photos and videos to her Instagram Story ahead of the operation, including a clip of her head being shaved.
Mellencamp was previously diagnosed with skin cancer in 2022.
The star has been open about her melanoma battle, sharing on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast she has had more than 20 surgeries.
