Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who is currently living in the USA with her husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie, has reportedly sold four luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West area. All of these apartments are located in the Oberoi Sky Gardens project as per documents accessed by IndexTap.
She sold it for a total of Rs 16.17 crore. Three of these flats are located on the 18th floor of the Lokhandwala Complex building, whereas the fourth flat is on the 19th floor.
One of the flats on the 18th floor is of 1,075 square feet and has a parking facility. It was sold for Rs 3.45 crore and the buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs 17.26 lakh. The second apartment spans 885 square feet and was sold for Rs 2.85 crore. The buyer paid Rs 14.25 lakh in stamp duty as per reports.
The duplex apartment, which is spread across both floors, covers an area of 1,985 square feet and it was sold for Rs 6.35 crore. Another apartment on the 18th floor was sold for Rs 3.52 crore. A couple of years back, the actress sold two of her houses in Raj Classic, Versova and rented out an office space in Andheri West.
Meanwhile, on the work front, she was recently in Hyderabad for the shooting of SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film with Mahesh Babu. She spent quite some time in the city to finish the Hyderabad leg of the shoot, following which the unit shifted to Odisha. PeeCee did not join them in this leg of the shoot.
While she was in India for the shoot, Priyanka Chopra also attended her brother Siddharth Chopra’s wedding. Nick Jonas and his parents, too, were a part of the wedding. She will also be seen in the Hollywood productions Heads of State and The Bluff.
