Hayden Panettiere‘s ex Wladimir Klitschko has filed for temporary guardianship of their daughter, Kaya, following the actress’ death. According to court documents obtained by Us, Klitschko, 50, submitted paperwork on September 24 to be the temporary guardian over Kaya’s estate.
