Bhumi Pednekar turns COVID-19 Warrior and asks netizens to reach out to her

Bhumi Pednekar is surely one actress who loves to bring some change in the world. The diva who’s an environmentalist has now taken another big step. Bhumi Pednekar has decided to turn a COVID-19 warrior and help out people.

Bhumi Pednekar who has just recently recovered from the novel coronavirus, decided to take some charge and help the nation which is in a dire crisis today. She shared a post on her Instagram where she reached out to the netizens. She said, “#COVIDWARRIOR Dear All, As we move into the second wave of COVID-19 across India, I have created a highlight where I will be identifying resources to enable facilitation & access to medical supplies, plasma request and donors as the case may be.”

The actress knows there are times when some mobile numbers are fake and asks netizens to watch out for them and inform her for the same. “While I am trying my level best to verify the numbers/contacts which are shared with me on a rampant & daily basis, there might be some numbers which may turn out to be fake. In the event that you find any information here not helpful/fake, please do let me know & I will immediately remove the same.”

The actress signs off the note saying this is her small contribution to the huge battle that lies ahead of us, “Please be patient & don’t lose hope! We’re in this together. Love, Bhumi.” Now that’s one actress we really respect.

Bhumi Pednekar was shooting for Mr Lele when she tested COVID-19 positive earlier this month. However on April 17 she tested negative and recovered from it. Apart from Mr Lele with Vicky Kaushal, the actress even has Badhaai Do in her kitty where she will work for the first time with Rajkummar Rao.
