Princess Charlotte Shows Off a Toothless Grin in 7th-Birthday Portraits

Princess Charlotte is growing up! Kate Middleton and Prince William‘s only daughter – and middle child between their sons, Prince Louis and Prince George – celebrated her 7th birthday on Monday. To commemorate it, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge released new portraits of the princess, all snapped by Middleton.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share three new photographs of Princess Charlotte ahead of her seventh birthday tomorrow,” the couple shared in a statement to People. Middleton and William also posted Charlotte’s photos on Instagram in a post captioned, “Thank you for all the lovely messages on Princess Charlotte’s seventh birthday!”

Charlotte’s new portraits come just a few weeks after she and her brother George, 8, made their royal Easter debut. For the princess’s 6th birthday, her mom snapped her photo at Anmer Hall, the Cambridge family’s country home located on Queen Elizabeth II’s Sandringham estate in Norfolk. For her 5th, Middleton captured her pictures as the family packed up and delivered care packages to isolated pensioners during the UK lockdown in 2020.
