Travis Barker rushed to hospital with wife Kourtney Kardashian at his side in ambulance

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been rushed to hospital in an ambulance in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon local time.

The 46-year-old rocker was seen lying on a stretcher outside of Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre as his wife, 43-year-old reality star Kourtney Kardashian, followed the stretcher on foot.

It is currently unclear as to what the nature of Barker’s medical emergency is.

Barker held his right hand up as he was wheeled out of an ambulance.

The couple, who reportedly travelled together in the ambulance to the medical centre, were tailed closely by Kardashian’s security team in a black Range Rover.

Both the ambulance and the security team’s vehicle reportedly entered the wrong area of the hospital, and were redirected to a different entrance by hospital personnel.

Per TMZ, Barker and Kardashian first arrived at a different medical centre – West Hills Hospital and Medical Centre – on Tuesday morning for an undisclosed health issue Barker was having.

According to the publication, medical personnel at West Hills believed Barker needed further medical care, so he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre.

Barker tweeted, “God save me,” at 10.45am on Tuesday morning local time – 3.45am on Wednesday morning AEST – which is approximately around the time he was experiencing the medical emergency.

Kardashian and Barker wed three times over a month ago, with their third and final wedding in Portofino, Italy being where they said “I do” in front of a large crowd of family and friends.

Their previous two ceremonies – one in Las Vegas and one in Los Angeles – had extremely small guest lists, with the Las Vegas ceremony being an unofficial “practice” one and the Los Angeles event facilitating an official marriage certificate ahead of the lavish Italian nuptials.
