GOT spin-off The Hedge Knight and other shows on hold due to the writers strike

After Stranger Things, Cobra Kai and Big Mouth stop their production, it is now reported that the Game of Thrones spin-off series The Hedge Knight also stops their production in support of the Writers Guild of America strike.

In a recent blog post, George RR Martin, writer and creator of the Game of Thrones series took to a blog post and confirmed that the ‘Writers room’ of the upcoming GOT prequel The Hedge Knight has been put on hold offering an ‘unequivocal support’ to the strike. He wrote, “I am not in Los Angeles, so I cannot walk a picket line as I did in 1988, but I want to go on the record with my full and complete and unequivocal support of my Guild.”

Other series that have also stopped their productions are Daredevil: Born Again, Abbott Elementary, Severance, Bunk’D Season 7, Evil Season 4, Hacks Season 3, Unstable Season 2, YellowJackets, and many other shows have been put on hold owing to the ongoing strike.
