Soon after the divorce filing, Turner filed a lawsuit against Jonas, claiming he was preventing their daughters from returning to “their habitual residence of England” by withholding their passports.

The pair reached an agreement on custody arrangements for their children the following month, with Turner dropping her lawsuit against Jonas in January.
