Olivia Culpo is sick as a dog — but at least she has her own canine companion by her side to make things better.
Culpo, 32, took to her Instagram Story on Sunday, November 24, to give an update about her ongoing illness.
“Been so sick this last week and doesn’t feel like I’m getting any better ,” the model and reality star wrote. “So grateful for my loyal companion I don’t know what I would do without him.”
Culpo shared the message alongside a photo of her toy goldendoodle, Oliver Sprinkles, curled up with her.
“Consider this a friendly reminder,” Culpo continued. “Don’t forget vitamin c and hand sanitizer etc. This is the worst respiratory virus I’ve ever had !!”

Oliver Sprinkles, who Culpo shares with husband Christian McCaffrey, is a star in his own right; the dog boasts over 24K followers on his own Instagram, which lists his interests as “belly rubs” and “rolling in deer.”
Culpo was forced to deal with her illness alone as McCaffrey, 28, traveled with the San Francisco 49ers to play the Green Bay Packers in Wisconsin on Sunday.
The 49ers got steamrolled by the Packers, 38-10, in McCaffrey’s third game of the season since returning from Achilles tendinitis. The running back, who is also the reigning NFL Offensive Player of the Year, has not recorded a touchdown since his return to the lineup.
In fact, McCaffrey has earned just 149 rushing yards total in the three games he’s played.
The loss on Sunday was San Francisco’s second in a row, and dropped them to 5-6 on the season.
Culpo, who married McCaffrey in a lavish Rhode Island ceremony in June, was on hand to watch her husband’s season debut against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on November 10.

“Proud of you, husband ,” Culpo captioned a series of pictures from the day via Instagram.
The photo carousel included a black-and-white photo of Culpo kissing McCaffrey after the game — a 23-20 win for the 49ers — and linking back up with Claire Kittle, wife of 49ers tight end George Kittle.
In a separate post, Culpo relished in reuniting with her mother-in-law, Lisa McCaffrey, at the game in Tampa.
Christian should be able to dote on his sick wife for a few days — but it won’t last long. The 49ers return to the road on Sunday, December 1, when they travel to Buffalo, New York to take on the Bills.
