Janhvi Kapoor has recently shared her experience of working on her first solo song Nadiyon Ke Paar. The actress took to social media to celebrate four years of her movie Roohi. Alongside Janhvi, it starred Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma and more.

The actress shared beautiful photos in her outfit from the song. She is wearing a golden dress with dazzling details. She wrote, “4 yrs of #Roohi and my first solo dance number. I was such a kid. I’m so nervous about this song. Hadn’t even learnt how to keep my eyes open without squinting under harsh lights. Rehearsed for 3 days between Goodluck Jerry’s shoot, shot in patiala all night for GLJ, flew out post pack up in the morning, shot Nadiyon Paar that night and finished the song in 7 hours with no sleep and flew back immediately to resume Jerry that day. A 3 day no sleep marathon, just excitement that I get to be in front of the [camera emoji]. Fun fact this outfit was made in one day after a last minute desperate call to my knight in shining armour @manishmalhotra05. Hair makeup dance wardrobe everything inspo was iconic @katrinakaif everything.”

She thanked Katrina for being an inspiration during the entire process. Katrina is known for her iconic dance numbers, including Kamli, Chikni Chameli, Sheila Ki Jawani, Kala Chashma and more. Fans lauded Janhvi for extending the shoutout to Katrina and acknowledging the efforts of her senior.

Roohi was directed by Hardik Mehta and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, It tells the story of a ghost that kidnaps brides on their honeymoon.

The actress is currently preparing to release Param Sundari and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. In Param Sundari, she is starring alongside Sidharth Malhotra. In Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, she is starring opposite Varun Dhawan.
