The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has provided an update on her ongoing health journey.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, the reality star shared that she has painful lumps in her jaw bone, the side of her neck, and the back of her neck, with all of her lymph nodes swollen.
The 52-year-old also added that she has chills and ”a constant oily fowl tasting drainage from face into mouth”, adding that it is “acidic [and] is eating away at my teeth.”

Despite it all, Glanville says her doctors “say I’m fine” before she plead with her fans, “HELP ME”.
Her update comes two days after another, where she admitted she has been “faking it”.
“I’m f–king miserable. My best friend’s been in the ICU for (two) weeks [and] isn’t getting better. My face is worse than ever. It’s literally melted away.

Glanville shared that she had sought treatment, but was unable to continue it.
“When [doctors] at cedars put me on IV antibiotics & fungal medication I was getting better I looked normal but I couldn’t afford to stay on them.
“I was forced to see [doctors] outside my insurance because the [doctors] at Kaiser had no clue. I need my life to change. That is my real life health update,” she said.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been candidly updating fans on changes to her face after posting a selfie in December 2024 that showed her looking disfigured.
Glanville’s health issue is shrouded in mystery.
After spending over $US70,000 (approx. $112,719) to find a resolution, she suspects she has a parasite, but the medical condition remains unknown.
“Honestly, I have so many doctors and I’ve had so many tests,” she told Entertainment Tonight last year.

“They ran every test under the sun. They’re like, ‘It could be a parasite that’s new.'”
“I’ve been on meds this whole year. I don’t socialise. I don’t go out and I’m just spending all of my money on trying to figure out what’s wrong with me.
“This is a horrible thing to say but even if it’s like a tumour, I want to know. I want to have just an answer. That would be amazing.”
The television personality first shared a selfie detailing her condition in December 2024, prompting immediate concern from fans, including Botched star and plastic surgeon Dr Terry Dubrow.

“Some Dr.’s say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it’s stress induced edema. I personally say it’s Bravo,” Glanville posted in response to the outpouring of speculation that followed her first post.
Dubrow even got involved personally, performing biopsies and providing treatment to help his fellow reality star. However, it seems that Glanville is still no closer to pinpointing the true cause of her illness.
