Aamir Khan surprised his fans and followers on his birthday when he introduced his partner Gauri Spratt to them. They have apparently been friends since 25 years but have only recently taken their relationship to a newer level. Now, the actor’s sister Nikhat Hegde has opened up about Gauri and called her a great human being. During an interview, the L2: Empuraan actress said, “We’re very happy for Aamir and Gauri as she is a great human being. We want them to stay happy always. She further revealed that Aamir introduced Gauri to her in Mumbai almost a year ago. Meanwhile, Filmfare was the first to report that Aamir Khan’s partner is based out of Bangalore.
Our source had previously stated, “Aamir’s mystery partner hails from Bangalore. We must respect their privacy and not reveal personal details. But I can tell you that Aamir recently introduced the lady to his entire family. The meeting went very well.”
Confirming what our sources had stated, Khan introduced his partner Gauri to the media during an informal gathering on the occasion of his 60th birthday. She runs a hairdressing business in Bengaluru. Gauri is now working at Khan’s production house and reportedly has children as well. They have known each other for 25 years. During his birthday meet with the media, the actor spoke about how he managed to keep the relationship private for almost 2 years. He said, “For one, she lives in Bangalore, or lived there till recently. So, I would fly down to meet her, and the media scrutiny is less there. So we stayed under the radar.”
He then joked that the Mumbai media does not focus much on his house so they could not capture them together when Gauri visited Khan’s house. Meanwhile, on the professional front, Aamir is gearing up to release Sitaare Zameen Par. He hasn’t announced his next project yet.
