Although Jr NTR hasn’t started shooting for his upcoming film (tentatively titled Dragon), the hype surrounding his look and appearance has created a lot of curiosity among the fans. While the film’s director Prashanth Neel has already commenced shooting with an action sequence last month, NTR is set to commence his work for his part on April 22 in Hyderabad.
NTR will celebrate his birthday on May 20, although there’s more than a month still to go for the celebrations, fans wanted to have a glimpse of their favorite actor on the occasion. More so because, Jr NTR has come down in weight drastically, lately. When NTR attended the pre-release event of Arjun S/O Vyjayanthi, many were surprised to see him lose a lot of weight. Many fans have expressed shock whether NTR has lost more weight than what was required. A few netizens even expressed apprehensions over the actor’s health.

Rumour mongers had it saying that the NTR is using Ozempic injection for weight management. His latest photo posing with the staff members of a hotel surfaced online. In the photo he looks much leaner than last public appearance. This triggered speculation whether he’s following a strict diet regimen or using Ozempic injections.
Meanwhile, Jr NTR’s 2007 film Yamadonga is set for re-release on Friday (April 18, 2025). The socio-fantasy drama, directed by SS Rajamouli, was a blockbuster in its initial release. In fact, the film went on to script history at the box office in terms of collections. Fans have been wanting to see the blockbuster film again on the silver screen, and get nostalgic. They wanted to relive the memories, and much to their demand, the film is hitting screens once again. The film also marked NTR’s return to success streak after a dry spell at the ticket window.
