Longtime friends Kim Kardashian and Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton have been on “a few dates recently,” but things are just “casual,” a source confirmed exclusively to Us Weekly.
“She has felt ready to put herself back out there recently,” the insider said of Kardashian.
It has been a tumultuous decade for the Skims founder, from her divorce from ex husband Kanye West to being robbed at gunpoint in a Paris hotel in 2016.
“Everyone around her wants her to be happy after everything she has gone through,” the source added.

Romance rumors between Kardashian, 45, and Hamilton 41, hit a fever pitch over the weekend, when the two were spotted together at the luxury hotel and country club Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire, England, on Saturday, January 31. TMZ then obtained video of the two checking into another hotel in Paris on Monday, February 2.
Kardashian and Hamilton also both attended Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party in Aspen, Colorado, though they weren’t photographed together.
The pair’s friendship dates back more than a decade, with the two posing together at the 2014 GQ Men of the Year ceremony alongside Lewis’ then-girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger and West.
Hamilton had been most recently linked to actress Sofia Vergara. He also had rumored romances with Shakira and Nicki Minaj.

Kardashian was married to West, her third husband, from 2014 to 2022, and the pair share children North, 12, Saint,10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 6. Since their divorce, she has been linked to comedian Pete Davidson and pro football player Odell Beckham Jr.
“It was never serious between Kim and Odell, but they are taking a pause on seeing each other,” another source told Us Weekly in May 2024. “It was always casual but Kim has been really busy with other priorities and isn’t putting in as much effort. The dynamic lost its spark, but they are still friends.”
The insider added, “They are still on good terms, and both agreed it’s best they stay friends. Odell is gearing up for season training, and they both knew it was never a long term relationship.”
Though Kardashian is casually dating, she revealed on a November 2025 episode of The Kardashians that she was just fine flying solo.

“You get really comfortable the longer you’re single,” she said. “You get really comfortable being single and the thought of you sharing a bed or your TV shows with someone else becomes less and less appealing because you get set in your ways.”
Kim addressed raising kids with West on a January episode of her sister Khloé Kardashian’s “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast.
“At the end of the day, we’re always family,” she said. “I always look at it that way, no matter what’s going on. There are times when I have to be super protective and there are times when, at any moment, I would love that relationship. I’ve always said that.”
She also described what she is looking for in a partner, saying she hopes to find someone with “Good morals and values, a calm person, dependable. Takes accountability. I think that’s my number one thing.”
