Swara Bhasker received a death threat in a letter, prompting Mumbai police to launch an investigation. According to reports, the letter was delivered to the actor’s home in Versova.
Swara Bhasker went to Versova police station two days after receiving the letter and filed a complaint against unidentified people, according to an official. “Based on the complaint, we have registered a non-cognisable offence against unidentified persons,” he went on to say that the investigation is ongoing. The letter, written in Hindi, states that the country’s youth will not tolerate Veer Savarkar’s insult.
